Courtney Coffman

Courtney Coffman is a lifelong resident of the Fayetteville area. She knows the Real Estate market and industry front to back – she knows the community, the people, and she is proud to call Fayetteville home.

Courtney boasts both upfront and behind the scenes real estate experience. She entered the real estate industry in 2002 as an agent’s assistant and was quickly promoted to the position of MLS Coordinator in 2003. In 2004, she left the field to help with the family plumbing business her father started in 1974. Courtney and her brother Scott managed the service department for Coffman Plumbing where Courtney gained extensive one-on-one customer service experience. She built relationships with her customers that she still cherishes to this day! Courtney worked with homeowners and her family’s business often intersected with the real estate field. After 15 years of working in the family business, Courtney decided she wanted to take her experience and use it to help buyers and sellers with what is often the biggest investment they make – finding a home!

Courtney values integrity and hard work is no stranger to her. Courtney is passionate about helping others and is often the first one to lend a hand when anyone needs help. She would be more than happy to help you next !

Courtney is a devoted mother to her 15 year old daughter Alyssa and family is important to her - Courtney has two brothers and her wonderful parents are David & Barbara. In Courtney’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring the Crystal Coast beaches of North Carolina and South Carolina, and offshore fishing with her dad.
